Revenue Properties (America), Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Revenue Properties Company, Limited, a publicly-traded real estate company
that is traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Revenue Properties (America), Inc.
currently owns 30 properties, with approximately 2.2 million square ft. of total retail gross leasable area and 3,257 existing apartment units.

- Two enclosed regional shopping malls
- Thirteen retail shopping centers
- Fourteen apartment communities
- Properties located in Louisiana (16), Florida (10), and Alabama (4)
Company’s Growth Strategy:
- Develop new properties within its geographic region (the southern United States)
- Implement programs of redevelopment or expansion of certain properties
- Acquire shopping center and apartment properties in fundamentally strong markets in its geographic region and improve their operating performance through effective and efficient leasing and management programs.
The Company believes its regional concentration and substantial knowledge of the markets in which
it operates affords it a competitive advantage in the identification of real estate trends and
investment opportunities within these markets. This will facilitate the Company’s overall
strategy to increase cash flow and enhance the value of its existing portfolio through:
- Maximizing rental income by achieving an optimum level of rental rates and occupancy levels;
- Operating properties in a cost-effective manner;
- Renovating properties in order to maintain and improve its competitive position and performance in the marketplace; and
- Assessing the most cost-effective sources of capital to finance properties.
